JIAYE International Tech Limited (hereinafter referred to as ¡°JIAYE¡±), registered in Hong Kong in the 1990's, has been focusing its major business on Aerospace, Defense, Electronics and Ship Building industries with advanced technologies, products and systematic solutions. Originated from our first distributed product - Modeling & Simulation tools for aerospace applications owned by VPI (Presagis now), our product line expanded quickly to other related fields like aerospace-oriented connecting systems, RF & microwave components and special materials. Also, we¡¯ve been providing our customers with technical consulting, product designing, system integration and other technical solutions during the R&D stage of their programs. After more than ten years¡¯ of co-operation with the major aerospace customers in China, we are becoming an excellent supplier in this field.

In 2001, JIAYE team was entitled the Exclusive Distributor for Great China Region by Presagis. Based in Montreal, Canada, Presagis is a global leader providing global customers in Aerospace, Defense and Automobile industries with innovative Modeling-Simulation-Visualization solutions to help them pre-live the future. Its products are currently being used by more than 800 customers globally, including Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Rockwell Collins, SAAB, Thales, Airbus, Boeing, BAE SYSTEMS, Daimler Chrysler, Volkswagen, Honda and lots of Chinese aircraft design institutes. Some products are even regarded as ¡°de facto¡± industrial standards.

Tyco Electronics, the largest passive component manufacturer in the world, finally authorized JIAYE team as the only nationwide distributor in Chinese Aerospace & Defense industries in late 2003. Among its more than 30 famous brands like Raychem, AMP, CII, Hartman etc., Raychem might be the most well-known for aerospace customers due to its unique small & light wires and cables for aerospace applications and full line of accessories like shrink tubing, molded parts, identification products and so forth. It¡¯s also the only one on the globe who can provide a full set of 1553B data bus. AMP is another big name under Tyco Electronics who is able to provide a variety of connecting products, including ARINC aero-connectors.

Another partner is named Micro-coax Inc., a leading and professional manufacturer of RF & microwave transmission line located in Pennsylvania, USA. Our co-operation dates back to 2001. With more than 30 years¡¯ experience and heritage in RF & microwave transmission solutions, Micro-coax has applied its products with high performance & high reliability to large numbers of aerospace programs of Lockheed Martin, Airbus, Boeing, NASA, ESA and many Chinese Aerospace & Defense customers. In parallel, its AROCON Metal Clad Fibers might be the most ideal shielding materials in the world for applications in which weight matters.

To share more cutting-edge technologies and products with customers, JIATE team successfully introduced Starling Advanced Communications Inc. to Chinese customers in the 2nd half of 2008. This Israeli company concentrates itself on expanding SATCOM connectivity service offerings in the air, at sea and on land. With years of proven experience and advanced solutions, Starling is pulling the world closer to broadband connectivity on the move.

JIAYE team never stops chasing cutting-edge technologies and products that will benefit our customers. After two years¡¯ of observation and selection, we finally acquired a sub-team in February of 2010 devoting into R&D of MEMS technologies and promotion of MEMS products. We believe there¡¯re huge demands on MEMS products in China in the next ten years.
